More about the Role
Do you have a passion for supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities to reach their full potential through caring and enriching experiences?
We’re seeking enthusiastic Enablers to join our Day Services team! You’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to develop new skills, build friendships, and explore exciting activities – all in a safe and caring environment.
Our growing Day Service offers three key programs:
• Day Services & Holiday Club: Consistent care and support throughout the week, with a focus on engaging activities chosen by the participants.

What you’ll do:
• Support young people and adults with learning disabilities or complex needs in a small, friendly team.
• Provide safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations in a fun and inclusive environment.
• Support with a variety of activities; arts, sports, baking, trips out, games… even snow tubing!
This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week). The working pattern is Monday-Friday 09:30-4:30, which includes a 30-minute paid break (as attendees require support during lunchtime).

Who we’re looking for:
• Experienced in working with individuals with learning disabilities.
