Presentation evening at Totnes Rugby Club
Lifeworks Learning Disability Charity had the pleasure of being invited to a cheque presentation evening at Totnes Rugby Club on the 19th January. Lifeworks were joined by several other local charities, who had also been awarded donations.
Stuart Devlin, Digital Marketing and Fundraising officer said, “We were so delighted that The Totnes Show chose Lifeworks Learning Disabilities Charity to be one of the recipients of the money raised at the Show. Lifeworks want to sincerely thank everyone who organised, exhibited, and attended the wonderful Totnes Show. The money raised will help with our continued work in making a real difference in supporting local children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities to have a great life”.

Supporting Lifeworks
All our work has been developed in response to the needs of people with learning disabilities and their families. Our services include the provision of residential and short breaks, specialist further education college and numerous community projects with our young people leading the way.
Over the course of a year, we support 200 people with learning disabilities in Devon to have great lives. The way we do this is by creating opportunities so that the people we support can reach their full potential and are engaged with and valued by their communities.
