SUMMER HOLIDAY ACTIVITY PROGRAMME

We are delighted to bring to you Lifeworks Community Programmes Summer holiday projects for people with learning disabilities. With Holiday Projects and Safe-Space online, we have lots to help you have fun, connect with others and try new things this July & August.

Please see below for more info or to download the programme with detailed date and activity plans see the relevant links for each project. Please note, the programme is subject to change in line with Covid-19 measures and weather.

HOLIDAY PROJECT TORBAY
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-18 YEARS

We have a rich programme of forest school, food exploration, sports and cookery. We will support you to try new things and get active.

Both A & B Torbay Holiday Project groups are for young people age 11-18 with Learning Disabilities. Both groups get to do both activity programmes.

Places are FREE for young people living in Torbay with a learning disability aged 11-16 and who have free school meals.

For those not in receipt of free school meals places are available for young people with a learning disability and EHCP aged 11-18 at a cost of £50 per day.

You can come for one, two, three or four weeks – it’s up to you.

Both Torbay A & B groups run 4 days a week for 4 weeks 10am-2pm:

FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-18 YEARS

We have one group taking place at Seale Hayne near Newton Abbot we programme of forest school, food exploration, sports and cookery. We will support you to try new things and get active. See programme for detail.

The Devon Holiday Project is for young people aged 11-18 with Learning Disabilities. Both groups get to do both activity programmes.

Places are FREE for young people living in Devon (excluding Torbay & Plymouth) with a learning disability aged 11-16 and who have free school meals.

You can come for one, two, three or four weeks – it’s up to you.

19+ YOUNG ADULT HOLIDAY PROJECT

A short break holiday project for Young Adults 19+. Taking place at Lupton House and Seale Hayne. We will support you to try new things and get active.

Places are available for young adults with a learning disability aged 19+. 1:3 support costs £75 per day and 1:1 support costs £130 per day.

Sessions run 2 days a week for 4 weeks 10am-4pm:
